About our speaker: Sherrie Gould is a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Movement Disorders at the Scripps Movement Disorder Center in La Jolla, California.
Sherrie is currently involved in groundbreaking research utilizing induced stem cell technology for treating Parkinson’s disease.
Beyond her clinical work, Sherrie is passionate about helping individuals with Parkinson’s achieve their highest aspirations. She organizes and leads hiking expeditions worldwide, which serve as fundraisers for Parkinson’s research and community support.
She currently serves as chair of the certification board, and is working to establish a national certification for Nurses and Physician Assistants with advanced expertise in Movement Disorders.
