The word ‘inspire’ means to draw in breath. It also refers to the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. We hope this workshop motivates you to do both.

About our speaker:

Bette Willins, M.S., LDT-C, is a certified yoga instructor holding advanced degrees in special education and years of experience in addressing the needs of clients of all ages and ability levels. Her personal journey, facing the daily challenges of Parkinson’s Disease, and as a Davis Phinney Foundation Ambassador, has broadened her passion to acknowledge the needs of the whole person, specifically through the practice of yoga, breath work and meditative practices. Her expertise in these transformative disciplines, personal journey, and compassion for those with differing needs, allows her to create a safe space which empowers her clients to develop the skill set and tools needed to address their challenges of today and the tomorrow’s ahead with resilience, self-worth, and dignity.
