Patricia Chavez is a retired Computer Applications and Office Technology Instructor. She feels fortunate to live close to her family, especially her granddaughters, in the San Gabriel Valley since they are her motivation to stay well. She was diagnosed with PD in early 2023 and is grateful to all those who have given her support. Laura Holt-Erlig is a teacher of Middle School homeschoolers, grant writer, gardener, mother, wife, and daughter. She was diagnosed March of 2021 with Parkinson’s Disease, and has been on the journey to understanding and fighting it ever since through exercise, medication, and mindfulness. Heather Kennedy is the founder of Kathleen Kiddo, an advocacy site offering resources and connection through her writing and vlogs.
