PCLA invites you to an open house event at Mayweather Boxing, which offers expert practitioners of the Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) method.
We hope to see you there!
For those who may not know, scientific studies show this type of intense “forced” exercise could favorably impact range of motion, flexibility, posture, gait, and activities of daily living.
It is PCLA’s mission to improve quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s disease in the Los Angeles area, by connecting individuals and their families with activities and programs that enhance their wellness and support their ability to live an active and engaged life.
