Stanford Parkinson’s Community Outreach maintains a list of virtual Parkinson’s exercise classes.
American Parkinson Disease Association’s Northwest Chapter has free virtual classes including yoga, dance, boxing, singing, and more.
Neuroboxing offers boxing, spin, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes, plates, and yoga classes. Some are online and some are in person.
Northwest Parkinson’s Foundation offers free online movement and singing classes.
Re+Active Physical Therapy offers online exercise classes appropriate for people with PD.
Recreation Fitness in Long Beach is currently offering online exercise classes for Parkinson’s.
Rouge Physical Therapy offers a membership-based online program with many classes per week, all taught by Parkinson’s-specialized therapists, including PWR! Movies, boxing, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), cardio, yoga, and more.
