ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Dr. June Chiang has been practicing Neuro Optometry since graduating from Southern California College of Optometry in 1993. She has had the privilege of comanaging brain injury patients with rehab centers such as California Rehab Institute, Rancho Los Amigos, Casa Colina, Cedars Sinai Acute Rehab, Rehab Without Walls, Cedars Sinai Outpatient Neuro Rehab, Long Beach Memorial Hospital Acute Rehab, Long Beach Memorial Outpatient Rehab, Little Company of Mary San Pedro Outpatient Rehab, Centre for Neuro Skills, and more. Dr. Chiang understands the necessity in taking a team approach (OT’s, PT’s, Speech therapists, neurologists. internists, neuro-psychologists, etc.) when working with these patients because the problem solving is complex and involves many systems.
